Larry Hauptman, BSE, MBA
Mr. Hauptman has successfully consulted in a variety of business turnaround and development
situations for more than ten years. He has operated businesses as well as contributed financial,
strategic, marketing and systems expertise. His strong analytical and problem solving skills
enable him to quickly identify what is needed and produce results employing a "hands-on" style.

- Restructured a $30 million parts supplier, returning it to profitability in five months after several consecutive years of losses. Guided the company in establishing an outside board of directors, replacing top management, developing a business plan and divesting unprofitable subsidiaries.
- Focused business strategies and lead management teams, separately, as an Outside Director, CEO and CFO.
- Set up financial controls, prepared projections for established and start-up businesses. Automated critical business controls. Provided the information needed to manage the business.

Charles Harris, BS, MS
Mr. Harris has improved manufacturing operations for
over 30 years. Accomplishments include attaining a consistent
98% uptime and 99% on machining transfer lines. He has
managed engineering, maintenance, service and production
operations at a departmental, group and area level in large
plants. He has represented management in local union negotiations
and has managed joint union-management operations
attaining highly competitive and efficient results. He developed
a skunkworks project that rebuilt production equipment
and supported operations with manufacturing cutting tools
and specialty gears. He has two patents, one with GM for
cutting oil and another with Toyota for fluid processing
equipment.
He has demonstrated that he can develop high performing
operations in both a union and non union environment.
His experience includes chemical management, experimental
design (DOE), operations, engineering, service, labor relations
and contract management. He has consulted in both assembly
and manufacturing environments. He has worked in the

Donald M. Vuchetich
Mr. Vuchetich has demonstrated strong executive management
development as a business consultant in a range of
industries. He has also been engaged in public policy and
public- private partnerships both nationally and internationally.
The range of experience includes company restructuring,
financing and transactions to increase shareholder value.
His career spans 35 years of marketing, operations, financial
and product development at the senior management and
CEO levels and direct consulting that included working with
Fortune 500 companies in implementing computer-integrated
manufacturing solutions. He has also held various marketing
positions in manufacturing and computer companies in North
America and has a background in working in Asia and Europe.
